A popular path to partnership is to build interoperability and achieve certification with the HP ArcSight platform through building one of the following connector types:

CEF Connector - CEF stands for "Common Event Format" describes the format where log output is normalized, categorized and tested to be natively useful within ArcSight for event correlation.

Action Connector - This connector type allows an ArcSight user to safely control a partner's product from within the ArcSight console through a right-click menu or automated action when certain conditions are met. This connector type increases operational effiency, while reducing time to resolution of serious threats while not having to leave the ArcSight console.
